We’ll discuss how to ensure a full complement to your boarding team as well as alternative ways of achieving staff levels in your team\, ensuring students are given the highest level of support and opportunities to have fun throughout the week. \nExpert speakers:\nLorraine Atkins FTIOB\nDirector\, The Institute of Boarding (TIOB) \nLorraine Atkins is the Director of TIOB and has worked in virtually all roles within the boarding community in both the UK and overseas. \nShe started her teaching career as a geography teacher at Lawnside School\, Malvern in 1988\, before moving on to King’s School\, Worcester in 1994 and then Wycliffe College\, where she was Head of Geography and Housemistress from 1997 to 2007.
