We will also look at how setting effective and meaningful goals for the year ahead can motivate us and how to set them in line with our values and priorities. \nFinally\, we will focus on implementation and how to progress towards desired outcomes. \nLearning outcomes:  \n\nHow to conduct meaningful self-reflection\nDefine and articulate your values and aspirations\nTurn intent into action-planning for the year ahead.\n\nSpeaker: \nGaelle Sullivan\, Director of Research Services and Inclusion\, and Director of TIOB \nGaelle is Director of Research Services and Inclusion\, and Director\, TIOB. She and joined the BSA in January 2023. She is an experienced senior leader and has worked in a range of state and independent schools. She is a qualified SENCO and holds a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education.
