Paddy Rockett is Head of Middle School Boarding and Housemaster at Reed’s School, Surrey. He has completed the BSA Pastoral Care and Boarding Management modules and is pursuing a Masters in Residential Education at the University of Buckingham, researching life skills development in boarding houses and a national programme for their delivery. Previously, he led the University of Limerick’s “Broadening the Curriculum” strategy, designing a social responsibility module for first-year students. A Biology teacher, he is interested in VR/AR in Science education, pastoral care, boarding development nationally and internationally, and promoting social mobility.
