TIOB was launched in 2022 as the world’s first professional association for boarding school staff.
TIOB is part of Abitas Group. Abitas Group’s mission is to support young people, adults and organisations to be safe, well and included. We deliver services for 4,500 organisations and individuals in 50 countries.
TIOB’s mission is to ‘support excellence for professional boarding staff’. For anyone working in boarding schools, retired from a boarding role, thinking about a job in boarding, or just interested in boarding schools generally, TIOB is the dedicated association for you.
