Change is a constant in the evolving landscape of education. Whether you’re leading it, managing its impact, or adapting to it, the ability to navigate change effectively is a vital skill for school professionals.
This webinar empowers staff at all levels to understand and embrace the dynamics of organisational change. Through self-reflection and practical tools, you’ll learn how to assess your own response to change, plan for strategic shifts, and lead others through periods of transition with confidence and clarity.
We’ll explore how to identify when change is needed, communicate your vision with impact, and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to foster engagement and reduce resistance.

Rob Pavis, Head of Kingsley School
Rob is currently the Head of Kingsley School in Devon, an independent co-educational boarding and day school on the beautiful North Devon coast. He was previously Deputy Head at Gordon’s School in Surrey, and Assistant Head at Steyning Grammar School in West Sussex, both state boarding schools. Prior to a 12 year spell in the state boarding sector, Rob was a Housemaster and Head of Faculty at Wycliffe College in Gloucestershire for 15 years. Graduating from Durham University, Rob spend a few years living and working in Japan before returning to the UK to start his teaching career. He continues to enjoy his love of sport and of the great outdoors in general, having built an impressive surfing and Outdoor Education programme at Kingsley School.
