Students, parents, colleagues, and boarding often make demands that can be overwhelming for school leaders. This webinar will help delegates to identify the primary causes of burnout and recognise the warning signs. It can be difficult to implement some of the often advocated self-care methods, and we will focus on effective and realistic strategies in the busy lives of school staff and boarding staff especially. Managing workload and competing priorities and demands is one of the challenges for school leaders, the last section of our webinar will focus on practical steps leaders can take to do this effectively.
