Course outline:

This session explores how teachers and boarding staff can create a supportive, exam-friendly environment during the Summer Term, helping students manage stress and perform at their best.

Training topics will include:

  • Practical strategies for reducing anxiety in classrooms and boarding houses
  • Techniques to support wellbeing and focus during revision periods

Katherine Radice
