Course Outline:
Part 2 of 3 interactive workshops to help those is positions of leadership within boarding develop effective leadership skills and tackle common challenges and issues faced by leaders and managers.
Each 60-minute online workshop will be fully interactive. Workbooks will be completed during the sessions with lots of hints, tips and takeaways to put into practice straight away.
This session is on Managing Conflict and can be attended as a stand-alone session or as part of the complete box set series.
