Course Outline:
The end of the academic year is the perfect time to take stock of the past term and think ahead to next year. Our interactive webinar will guide delegates through personal reflection practices to gain a deeper understanding of their values, strengths, weaknesses, and personal aspirations. We will also look at how setting effective and meaningful goals for the year ahead can motivate us and how to set them in line with our values and priorities.
Finally, we will focus on implementation and how to progress towards desired outcomes.
