Cranford School invites applications for the role of full-time Admissions & Development Coordinator.

Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Admissions, the Admissions & Development Coordinator will provide support to the Admissions Department to provide a high level of customer service to potential parents and pupils via email, phone, and face to face. In addition to this, the successful candidate will design and develop a fundraising and alumni relations engagement programme in conjunction with the Director of Admissions and will lead and devise engagement activities for all current and potential supporters.

The role requires a well organised and prioritised approach, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, self-management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Due to the nature of the role, we require flexibility and professionalism along with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to adapt to changing work priorities in a calm and efficient manner.

Experience gained within a similar setting or a similar commercial skill set that would transfer to a school setting would be preferable. They will be wholly committed to the aims, ethos and values of Cranford School.
