We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Boarding to join our friendly team at Appleford School.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing the school, attending management meetings and working alongside key members of staff.
You should be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook), have excellent leadership skills and a keen desire to support and encourage our pupils, from 7 years to 16 years, to achieve their full potential. Ongoing training is provided.
The Boarding team consists of 14 staff members who work across five boarding houses with 60 boarders, providing pastoral support and opportunities for our pupils to try new activities and learn new skills. Our aim is to prepare our pupils fully for their lives beyond Appleford.
