37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday (07:30 to 15:30 daily) during term time and 10 days during School holidays, e.g 2 days at end of summer term and 8 days at end of August (38 weeks plus 6.3 weeks paid holiday) 0.8513 FTE

Our new Senior Deputy Head starts with us in September 2023. We are now seeking an outstanding and hard-working Personal Assistant to work with him, who will play a pivotal role in supporting our aim of outstanding academic success for all our pupils.
You should have previous high-level executive and secretarial experience in a professional environment at a senior level, ideally in an education setting. You will have excellent interpersonal, customer-care and organisational skills, be able to effectively promote the School externally, and be pro-active, able to make suggestions for change. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages with fast accurate typing skills and be flexible in your approach to your working hours.
Royal Russell is a co-educational school with over 1100 pupils between the ages of 3 and 18, situated on a beautiful green campus of 110 acres in the Shirley Hills near Croydon.
