The Essential Skills Boxset is a series of three online coaching workshops designed specifically for those in pastoral leadership within boarding. Across Part 1: Emotional Intelligence, Part 2: Managing Conflict and Part 3: Tackling Imposter Syndrome, you will build the self awareness, resilience and confidence that pastoral leadership demands day in, day out. Each session offers practical, immediately usable tools and genuine insight, not generic theory. If you are ready to lead with greater clarity and calm, this is not to be missed.

Emotional Intelligence
Understand what emotional intelligence truly is, the components that make up your EQ, and why developing it is essential to leading effectively. You will leave with practical steps to build and strengthen your own emotional intelligence.
Each 60 minute session is fully interactive, with a workbook completed live and a wealth of hints, tips and takeaways you can put into practice immediately.

Laura is an accredited Career & Leadership Coach, holding Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status with the ICF, alongside qualifications in careers guidance (PGDip & QCG) and emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0). With over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, she works with individuals, teams and organisations to help them get unstuck and live with purpose, motivation and fulfilment. Laura delivers 1:1 coaching and workshops both in person and online, and is passionate about helping people build confidence, manage conflict well and lead with genuine emotional intelligence, drawing on her specialist Emotional Intelligence accreditation. Before becoming a coach, Laura spent 14 years in leading independent boarding schools, both teaching and in leadership roles in Admissions, Marketing & Development.
