Course Outline:
Do you find yourself holding everything together for everyone else, while rarely pausing to consider how you are managing yourself? The Essential Skills Boxset is a series of three online coaching workshops designed specifically for those in pastoral leadership within boarding. Across Part 1: Emotional Intelligence, Part 2: Managing Conflict and Part 3: Tackling Imposter Syndrome, you will build the self awareness, resilience and confidence that pastoral leadership demands day in, day out. Each session offers practical, immediately usable tools and genuine insight, not generic theory. If you are ready to lead with greater clarity and calm, this is not to be missed.
The demands of pastoral leadership in boarding are constant, and the people best placed to support others are too often the last to invest in themselves.
The Essential Skills Boxset is a series of three online coaching workshops designed specifically for Housemasters, Housemistresses, Matrons and those responsible for the care of young people in a boarding environment.
Managing Conflict
Explore the role conflict plays within organisations and what distinguishes leaders who manage it well. This session covers setting appropriate boundaries and offers space for genuine personal reflection on your own approach to conflict.
Each 60 minute session is fully interactive, with a workbook completed live and a wealth of hints, tips and takeaways you can put into practice immediately.
This is a rare opportunity to invest properly in your own leadership development, guided by an experienced coach who understands the particular pressures of pastoral care. Places are limited, and demand for this series is expected to be high.
