Clear and appropriate boundaries are essential for creating safe, supportive and professional boarding environments. However, the residential nature of boarding can sometimes make maintaining these boundaries more complex.
This webinar will explore the different boundaries boarding staff need to navigate in their relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider boarding community. It will consider how staff can provide warm and effective pastoral care while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
