Delyth Lynch is a Deputy Head at Wellington College, leading in the areas of Safeguarding and Mental Health. She has been on the Senior Leadership Team for 12 years following a long career in boarding as Director of Extra-Curricular activities and Housemistress at two schools.
Passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health, Delyth is an advanced coach and mediator and speaks nationally about wellbeing, mental health and safeguarding young people. Her innovative approach has seen her win several national awards including the BSA award for research and the TES Boarding Initiative of the Year. She has previously been a counsellor for Childline and a Broadmoor visitor.
