Post: Deputy Head of Boarding

Required January 2024

Salary: NJC Salary Special Scale points 21 – 25 (£30,825 – £33,945 per annum)

Hours of work: 38.75 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks, permanent. Working hours will include weekdays, evenings, weekends and on call overnight, on a rota during term time.

Onsite accommodation (a first floor, 3 bed flat), meals when on duty in boarding house, use of onsite fitness and sports facilities, local government pension scheme.

Based at our Heversham boarding site, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with admissions experience, to support the Head of Boarding. As the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and students you will need to possess excellent customer service skills and embody the vision, values and ethos of the school in all interactions.
