An exciting opportunity to join Heathfield School in shaping and developing pastoral care. We are looking for an innovative and inspiring individual who will ensure the progress and welfare of every pupil and will contribute to the School community.
The Deputy Head (Pastoral and Boarding) will have a visible presence around the School and will forge strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff. You will be responsible for effective communication within the School, notably around Safeguarding, pupil welfare and the Boarding experience.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play an active part in supporting the Headmistress in the School’s development and will have responsibility for the strategic oversight of both pastoral and boarding needs.
