Cherwell College Oxford is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the duties and responsibiity of Head of Boarding.

Cherwell College Oxford is a tutorial college specialising in one-to-one tuition and tuition in small groups for students (UK, EU & International plus SEN) aged between 12 – 19 years of age.

A co-educational mainstream school, which provides exceptional, mainstream education for young adults studying at A-level & GCSE. Our students are taught to recognise their strengths and develop their self-belief so that they achieve independence and extraordinary results at A-Level and GCSE – well above the national averages.

This important customer-orientated position involves meeting the needs of fee-paying high-calibre International, EU and UK student clients (and parents) and managing the support team: reception / admin, welfare officers and contractors: professional caterers, linen suppliers, cleaners, landscaping, property maintenance and waste removal.

The Head of Boarding will be a full-time resident at Cherwell House – our purpose built student residence in Oxford city centre.

Cherwell College Oxford specialises in helping young adults achieve their highest qualifications in traditional subjects through a bespoke comprehensive academic programme, which will enable entry to a UK Russell Group University or a leading international university. The Head of Boarding will also be a key person in the Welfare Team and SEN Team and liaise with the Academic Team to create an activities / events calendar.
