Job Description
House Parent
Oxford Sixth Form College are looking to recruit a House Parent on a full-time, permanent contract to start August 2024. The successful candidate will have a strong pastoral ethos and a commitment to the care and welfare of young people. Previous experience of working in a boarding house or in education is desirable.
Our focus is upon finding someone who share our college values and can successfully fulfil the requirements of the job description.
The post holder will work 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, 8am to 8pm.
Please note this post does not include the provision of accommodation within a boarding house; it is a ‘live-out’ position.
