Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will play a key role in the school’s ten-year strategy, helping to manage the overall strategic programme so that all initiatives are carefully coordinated and interdependencies appropriately managed. You will additionally work on specific projects associated with our pupil and staff strategies as well as, significantly, on our plans in the digital and data arena.

You will have proven experience in project management, preferably in the digital and data management field.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.  You will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Ideally you will have some knowledge of the main issues in education.

This is a permanent, full time, year round position, though some flexibility may be available on working hours and/or working weeks per year for the right candidate. Some limited remote working is possible but this role is based at the school just outside Horsham, West Sussex. FTE salary c. £45,000-£50,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
